Final Merits Letter
$500
None of the products guarantee obtaining a Visa or a Green Card. The final decision is made by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. Passright is not affiliated with USCIS, nor is it an intermediary between the USCIS and the client.
This is a longer, more in-depth version of the expert opinion letter. It provides a detailed analysis and evaluation of your accomplishments and qualifications. It also describes how you satisfy the USCIS requirements for classification as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability.
A final merits letter is usually required when an applicant has received a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID). They are useful to further highlight the applicant’s achievements.
How does it work?
- After the purchase is complete, you will receive a questionnaire. Please fill it out in five business days, with as much detail as possible, so that we can construct a letter that is rich and thorough.
- If you received an RFE/NOID, scan and share you will be able to upload all documents.
- After submitting your questionnaire, you will schedule a call with our team to discuss strategy, considering your RFE/NOID and what angle the letter should have to best support your case.
- After receiving your completed questionnaire we will send you the first draft of your letter within five business days.
- If you have any feedback or want to make changes to your letter, we can schedule a Zoom call to discuss it or you can share your feedback via email. You can make corrections to the letter one time.
